Times

Shine Universe™ orders are generally ready for pick up or delivery in
5 business days. Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact a
Service Representative. Rush orders are available for a 10% rush charge. Rush
orders are generally ready for pick up or shipped within 1-2 days. Delivery times may vary.

Returns Policy

Shine Universe™ goes to great lengths to ensure
that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest
quality. Accordingly, Shine Universe™ accepts exchanges and/or returns on
non-personalized items. Just contact us within 4 days of delivery and either drop off or
ship items back to us within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible
for return shipping costs. We will work
to correct any part of a custom or personalized order if and when customers are
disappointed by Shine Universe™ merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the blank
items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating
(i.e., the printing) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the
design of the final product is materially different from the final design approved
by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

For Standard Delivery orders, you may change or
cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of submitting your order.
For Rush Delivery orders (any order requiring faster delivery than a Standard
Delivery order), you may not change or cancel your order.

Turn garment inside out.

Machine wash COLD with mild detergent.

No bleach, no fabric softener.

Hang dry.

Do not iron directly on the design.

Caring for your bamboo board

Oil

Apply mineral oil to the board's surface with a cloth. You can also use coconut or olive oil. Let the oil soak in for at least a few hours and ideally overnight. Wipe off any excess oil in the morning.

Wash

Wash the board with warm water, mild soap, and a little hot water. Rinse and dry completely with a towel.

Avoid soaking

Don't let the board soak in the sink or go into the dishwasher. Long exposure to water can warp or crack the board.
