Angie Noyes is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Shine Universe Apparel & Décor, a Black-owned, woman-owned, and veteran-owned business built on creativity, resilience, and purpose.

With a strong background in business and a passion for design, Angie started Shine Universe in 2016 with a vision to create more than just apparel. She wanted to build a brand that empowers people to express themselves, feel confident, and stand out.

What began as a creative outlet has grown into a thriving custom apparel and product business, known for its personalized cheer gear, lifestyle pieces, and meaningful designs. Angie continues to lead Shine Universe with intention, blending business strategy with creativity to bring unique ideas to life for every customer.
